Do you provide food or catering?

• We partner with local businesses listed under our vendors tab, or we gladly work with recommended and preferred vendors

• We partner with local catering and bakeries

What happens if there is inclement weather?

• If the weather is not cooperating, then the picnic can be moved indoors or can be rescheduled up to 6 months out.

Which locations are available?

• We proudly provide Bangor, ME and all surrounding areas within a 45 mile radius.

• We would be happy to travel beyond the 45 miles, for an additional 30 cents per mile.

Can we leave sooner than our scheduled time slot?

• If you would like to leave the picnic before the scheduled time, we ask that text your picnic planner with 30 min notice and wait for them to arrive. You will be responsible for all rental equipment until end of scheduled time.

Will you do a custom theme or event not listed?

• Yes! This just requires more time, so the sooner you book, the better.

• This may incur additional charges.

• For custom events, please provide a 3-4 week notice, so we can ensure enough time to get the items that are needed.

Do you have anyone that will take professional photos?

• Yes! We would be happy to connect you to recommended photographers in the area. Check out our vendors page under the photography section - subject to their availability & pricing.

Do you provide alcoholic beverages?

• We do not offer alcohol and it is prohibited in public settings, as per Maine’s open container law.

• We do offer Juices, Garnishes & Bar accessories for events held on private property, where you are welcome to provide your own.

Do I need a permit?

• This will depend on the location of your event if in a public setting. Some Public locations may be unavailable.
